Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used skincare products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and the integrity of our formulations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads (e.g. skincare guides or perks)
  • Promotional items or merch received as part of a gift or reward
  • Limited-edition items, unless damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item
  3. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund promptly

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be applied to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Gift Returns

Received a gift from Glowth? If it was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the returned item’s value
  • If the gift was not marked or shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Glowth is not liable for lost or uninsured returns.
